Nasaq for Tech & Solutions delivers to all governorates of Jordan. All orders placed on nasaq.shop are fulfilled by home or office delivery; in-store pickup is not available for online orders.

Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding official holidays. Orders placed on a Friday or holiday are processed on the next working day.
Express Delivery Outside Amman
Same-day delivery to governorates outside Amman depends on the time the order is placed and product availability. After you place your order, our team will confirm whether express delivery is possible. If it is not, your order will ship with standard delivery at the standard fee.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is not currently offered. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment on Delivery
You pay for your order and the delivery fee upon receipt, either in cash or via CliQ.
Order Confirmation
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that you are reachable on the delivery day.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused without a valid reason, a re-delivery fee may apply, and we may require prepayment for future orders.
Inspecting Your Order
Please check your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible and within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
